North Wind Cap: a whimsical take on the classic beanie
Our North Wind Cap is made from two layers of premium midweight 100% Merino Wool interlock. Wool is the perfect fiber for outdoor adventures - it is naturally odor resistant, regulates temperature, and can absorb twice as much as cotton and thirty times as much as polyester without feeling wet (and even soaked, it helps keep you warm!).
Wool is also fast-drying - meaning that hat forgotten on the floor will probably be dry by the time they want to go out again - and it only takes a little while if you pop them over a heater vent! Turn up the edge once, or twice, or not at all! Size down if you prefer a shorter cuff (or no cuff), or a tighter fit. This hat can fit a wide range of sizes - meaning no cold ears next year when you realize they grew. Perfect for all the extraordinary adventures you take every day!

Sizing is very versatile due to the beanie nature and how stretchy our wool is. I can wear Storm or Force - I like my hats to hold my bangs out of the way so I prefer Storm. I’ll include a modeled picture of myself in a Storm size and my son in a Gale (he can totally pull off a Gust too).
